Terms

The plain terms for using this site.

This website belongs to Pikes Peak Events Planning, based in Colorado Springs, CO.

What the site is

It describes how we plan live music nights for venues and gives you a way to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer or a booking. A music night is booked only when we agree the details with you in writing.

The forms

Sending a form asks us to get back to you. It doesn't commit you or us to anything. Please send only true details that you're allowed to share. Our privacy page says how we use them.

The drawings and words

The drawings show kinds of nights, not real events, venues or bands. Please don't reuse the site's drawings or text without asking.

No guarantees

We keep the site accurate and working as best we can, but it's provided as it is. These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
