What our forms collect, and what we do with it.

Pikes Peak Events Planning is based in Colorado Springs, CO. This site has two forms. This page covers what they collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Book a music night: the venue name, your name, an email or phone number, and, if you fill them in, which nights, the rough room size and any notes.
  • Musicians: your act's name, your name, an email or phone number, and, if you fill them in, your lineup, what you play, links to your music, where you're based and any notes.
  • With each form we also keep the time it was sent and the browser type it came from, to help us spot spam.

Why

Only to reply to you about your music night or your act. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share what you send for anyone's marketing.

Where it's kept

Submissions are stored privately with our website host, Vercel, so we can read them and reply. As we grow, we may move them into a customer contact system we use to keep track of replies. If we do, the same rules on this page apply.

Cookies

This site doesn't set cookies or use tracking or ad tools. Its fonts load from Google Fonts and its animation scripts from cdnjs and jsDelivr. Those services see your IP address when they send the files to your browser, as any website does.

Changing or removing your details

When we reply, ask us to change or delete what you sent, and we will.
